| Deposit: To reserve our villa, a booking deposit of 50% is required. The remaining 50% of the rental cost will be due 60 days in advance of your arrival date.
Cancellation: 100% of the deposit received is refundable if your reservation is canceled at least 60 days prior to your arrival date. 50% is refundable if canceled at least 30 days before arrival. No refund will be made if canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival. If you need to cancel your booking due to a COVID-19 or health-related issue, we will apply 100 % of your deposit as a credit towards a future stay. Any use of credit or change of date request must fall within 12 months of the original date of arrival. Please note that for holiday bookings (Christmas, New Year’s, Easter & Thanksgiving), 90 days’ notice is required for a full refund and at least 60 days is required for a 50% refund. |
