At Villa Paradiso, we take care of everything you need during your stay. That’s why we have 5 full-time staff that work as a team to anticipate your wants and needs along with a private driver to take you around in our 21 passenger coach!

They do everything: from cooking, serving, and cleaning after your meals, to getting your laundry sparkling clean, cleaning your rooms, serving your drinks, laying your beds, and taking you around.

Here’s who they are and what they do. (Their services are part of your package and you don’t need to pay extra.)

 

1. Jenise

Billionaire mansions have butlers; Villa Paradiso has Jenise.

Jenise is your housekeeper and is responsible for ensuring you are comfortable during your stay at the villa.

She’s easily accessible, friendly, and always ready to help.

You want something?

Tell Jenise, and she’d work her magic to help you get it when you need it.

You are planning a trip and want someone to make sure everything is organized?

Talk to Jenise; if the word, “organized” was a person, it’d be her.

Jenise is there to make sure you don’t have a single complaint during your stay at the villa. No request is too much. Talk to her and she’d be at your service 24/7.

 

2. Shelton

Shelton wears a tall chef hat for two reasons:

• One is to keep his hair and sweat out of your food because he cares about hygiene
• The other is because he hides the recipe for every Jamaican and American dish inside it

Okay, the second one is not true since super-Chef Shelton doesn’t need to read through recipes to cook your favorite American dishes or popular and nutritious Jamaican dishes you’d want to try.

He’s an expert in Western and Jamaican cuisines.

You have any Western cuisine in mind?

Tell Shelton and like the genie in Aladdin, he would get it done.

Or you have specific Jamaican dishes you love or want to try?

Talk to him too, and he’d give you a wonderful meal that’d leave you wanting more.

And if you have special nutritional requirements, speak with him too. He knows how to make meals that satisfy your health demands, without any compromise in quality.

 

3. Jermaine

They say “Not all heroes wear capes”. Jermaine is a great example! He doesn’t wear a cape, but like Superman, he’s always there for you.

Jermaine is your houseman. Think of him as your janitor, porter, waiter, doorman, and bartender — all in one.

Jermaine knows you’re holidaying and don’t want to go through the stress of grabbing your drinks yourself. That’s why he always hangs around to bring them to you whether you are inside the villa, or just relaxing by the pool or beach.

And Jermaine doesn’t stop there. He serves your meals too: breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and packs everything after you are done.

Jermaine doesn’t want you to do any task when you’re here and is ready to be at your service throughout your stay.

 

4. Nicola

Your clothes need washing after a day of fun.

Your beds need to be laid after a sweet night’s sleep.

Your bedroom needs to be cleaned every single day.

But you do now need to do any of these things at The Villa Paradiso!

That’s where our next superhero Nicola comes in. She is your laundress and chambermaid.

There is a rumor in Jamaica that dust and dirt flee from Nicola because they know she doesn’t tolerate them.

We’d leave you to decide on that, but be rest assured Nicola is going to clean your rooms and lay your beds every morning, so they’re sparkling clean by the time you return.

And when she’s done with that, she will take your laundry and return them cleaned and pressed the next day. We don’t call her a superhero for nothing.

 

5. Michael

Villa Paradiso’s ground is covered with lots of well-trimmed trees, flowers, and grasses, and of course, two super-clean pools and a beach.

That’s Michael at work. He’s our groundsman and beautification expert.

Michael makes sure Villa Paradiso’s ground is sparkling clean 24/7. He keeps the grasses low, the pools clean and the beach super-clean.

And because he understands how important dinner is to you after a long hard day of fun and activities, he assists Jermaine to serve your dinner.

 

(Bonus) Ronnie

You’ll want to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Ocho Rios and the neighboring towns and cities during your stay at Villa Paradiso.

That’s why you have Ronnie. He is your driver and his 21-seater coach shall be your personal ride, ready to take you anywhere and back.

Ronnie will pick you up from the airport on your arrival and bring you to the villa, saving you the stress of hiring expensive taxis and buses or finding your way around.

As our little “Thank You” gift to you, we’ll provide you with a full tank of gas for free on your arrival.

He would take you wherever you want to go throughout your stay, and when you’re ready to return to your country, he’d drive you back to the airport.
